Osama Saad

Osama Saad is a Planning and Project Control Consultant, and an experienced online instructor with a demonstrated history of working in super large construction projects. A planner who is passionate about project control. Skilled in planning, sdelay analysis, prolongation costs claims, dispute resolution and cost control. He earned a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from Cairo University in 2010 then he traveled to England in 2014 to pursue an MBA in which he focused his research in managing construction projects.

He also provided consulting services to one of fortune 500 companies during his studies in England. He has over 11 years of work experience in super large construction projects He is a PMP, PSP and PMI-SP certified.

He launched Smart PM Training (www.smartpmtraining.com) as a platform where professional engineers can learn more about project control. Smart PM Training is a UAE registered company that is accredited and authorized to deliver project management learning.
